The National Research Center for the Gifted and Talented ( NRC/GT)
NRC/GT has been conducting research and collecting extensive data on critical topics surrounding the gifted and talented for over 2 decades. Their research requires cooperation and collaboration of administrators, teachers, and students from all over the country. They work towards gaining information to develop programming and services; identify policy inputs (e.g., mandates, funding practices, teacher qualifications, program evaluation); and to provide accurate and comprehensive data to federal, state, and local policy makers as well as researchers and practitioners.
